Getting Started:

A small white dot will appear on the screen upon launching the application. Point this dot at the "START" button and hold for a few seconds to begin exercise mode.

Moving Forward:

You can progress by stepping in place. The application detects the up and down motion of your legs, allowing you to move forward in the virtual environment.

Ending Your Workout:

To conclude your session, look down to locate the "BACK" button. Point the white dot at this button and hold for a few seconds.

Using Google Cardboard Viewer:

To access VR mode, direct the white dot towards the "SETTING" button and hold it there for a few seconds. A menu will appear; select "VR Mode" to activate it. Once ready, wear compatible Google Cardboard goggles and tap the "Enable Unity-Chan" option for an enhanced experience.
